Holler Springs Farm

Our Story

The Start

Like most regenerative farms, it started with a simple idea: work with the land instead of against it. No-till fields came first, then rotational grazing, then a no-spray approach to everything — and only after that came the cattle, then the hogs, then a small family farm built entirely around raising food the way it used to be raised.

The Family

Holler Springs Farm is a family operation, run day to day by Josh. Every decision — how the pastures get rotated, how the cattle are finished, how the hogs are raised — starts with the same question: is this how we'd want our own family to eat? That question shapes everything grown and raised here in Tompkinsville.

The Move

Holler Springs Farm sits on Pitcock Branch Road in Tompkinsville, Kentucky — rolling pasture that gives the cattle and hogs room to graze the way they're meant to. It's the kind of ground that rewards patience: no-till, no-spray, and grazed in rotation so it keeps giving back.

The Growth

What started as pasture-raised beef has grown into a full pasture-raised operation — beef and pork, grass-fed and grass-finished, sold by the cut or in quarter, half, and whole shares. Holler Springs now delivers directly to customers and offers pickup at two locations near the farm.
